Saturday was the gorgeous wedding of Nina and Lyndon, held at the National Botanic Garden’s.
We have had so much rain lately that the Garden’s were the best I have seen them for a long time. It was full to the bring with wonderful flowers and ferns. The flowers being the inspiration for the wedding colours and Nina’s wedding dress.
Nina looked divine and Lyndon looked very glam too in his full suit with tails!!
Yesterday we braved the cold get to some family photos We roamed around the Sculpture Garden’s which is a beautiful spot for photos.
On Saturday I was so lucky to be involved with the surprise wedding of Pat and Tash. Nobody knew except the couple, their mums and Tash’s kidlets, Connor and Ashlin.
The weather kept at bay for this gorgeous vintage inspired garden party, held at The Old Parliament House Garden’s. Please excuse the very long post, there are so many facets of this wedding to share.
First I met Tash, Ashlin and Connor at The Brassy Hotel to get some before shots of the final touches, the kiddies were soo excited. They could see all the guests out of their window leaving their rooms to catch the arranged bus to the garden’s for what they thought was Tashs’ 30th Birthday celebrations.
I quickly left for Parliament house to beat the bus and meet up with Pat before most of the guest arrived and caught wind of what was happening.

I arrived at the garden’s and a few guest who arrived early had now found out, but when the bus arrived and Pat told people as they came up to him, the expressions were priceless!! There was laughter, tears, I told you so’s and I knew its!!

Then Tash, Connor and Ashlin arrived for the ceremony. It was so beautiful, filled with so much emotion, even I had a tear.
