Fiona and her family celebrate being pregnant – maternity shoot in Melbourne. ( Melbourne Maternity photography)

This little bubba has been a long time coming. Fiona’s last little blessing Airlie was born at 27.5 weeks due to eclampsia and Hellp syndrome which is a deadly pregnancy related desease that effects pregnant woman.

It was such a extremley hard time for Fiona , Adrian and little Mason that it took a long time for them to be willing to take the risk of trying for another. She told me she felt ripped of not being able to really enjoy her pregnancy and get some beautiful blossoming belly shots like other mummy’s had.

She is under strict hospital care at the moment and must stay close to home, incase it happens again. So I flew down to Melbourne early in the pregnancy ( she is now 28 weeks so doing really well ) to get some funky, edgy, creative and glamourous maternity photos before her new little man arrives safe and sound.

I love my pregnant mummy’s to feel wonderful and sexy, pregnancy is such a special time for a woman. They glow, their skin is full of colour and their hair is wonderfully thick and shiny. Why wouldn’t she feel good!

Stay tuned for our special yummy mummy packages which includes a mini facial, make-up and hair, help with styling and a 2 hour glamourous shoot.

Let’s celebrate our inner goddesses!

Natalie and Mitchell 17th April 2010 ( Sunshine Coast wedding photography)

I was just saying to my Hubbie, I must be getting more soft ( if that is possible) as I get older. I am not one for being overly religous but am finding some of the tradtional ceremonies so moving. Maybe it’s because it is something different to what I am used too :)

Natalie and Mitchell had a traditional Serbian Orthodox ceremony at Farrer Orthodox church followed by a reception dinner at The Lobby. They had a beautiful choir singing in support of the priest.

The priest was amazing allowing almost free rain of the church and gave me a religous braclet at the end… such a warm fellow :)

We made our way into the city and used the parliamentary triangle to get some wonderfully varied shots. The sun went down really quickly so we had to find spots where there was some lighting. All I can say is thank god for Video lights and 6400 ISO :)

Thank you to Natalie and Mitchell for being such great sports, enjoy your sneak peak :)

These look superimposed, but they are not lol! These are the little sugar coated almonds that were thrown over the couple as they left the church. They just happened to catch the sun on the way over :)

Beautiful light in the church :)

What can I say about autumn light…soo yummy!

One of my favourites !

awwwww!

Masha took this photo, I loved it.. especially the reflection, good job Masha !!

It was quite dark at this stage… using 6400 iso and video light.

Using a mix of street light and video light. it was pitch black :)

Justine and Nigel (Sunshine Coast wedding photographer- Robeccer McLean)

What a beautiful time to be married in Canberra! The sun was out but it wasn’t too hot and everything is so green and lush from the record rain falls from last month.

I had the pleasure of photographing Justine and Nigel’s wedding, this is such an easy going couple not fazed with all the hoo haa that can accompany a wedding day. They have been together for a long time and wanted to formalise their commitment to each other.

Justine and Nigel were married at Nara Garden’s followed by a reception dinner at the Ainslie Footbal Club.

Thank you to you all for being so wonderful, I really enjoyed being apart of your wedding day :)

Cilla is Justine and Nigel’s baby… thought I would add this just for them. She doesn’t like getting her photo taken, except by a weird lady making funny noises at her lol!

Nothing like some beautiful window light…

The beautiful Justine…

Have you ever seen a more relaxed bride, yes they were walking into the ceremony!

AWWWWW!

Did I mention how amazing the light was in Canberra yesterday, sun and storm clouds…couldn’t ask for anything more :)

This was Justine flicking her veil out of the way…I like it!

What a bonus.. the fog machines in the garden’s were on!

He he got to love boy’s being boys’…here they are pretending to be Steve Irwin prowling through the jungle lol!

Can you believe it was almost dark… talk about working quick and thank god for 4000 iso!

These building shots were all taking between 3500 and 6400 iso… I love my new camera!

Just a few more favourites!
